Delivery Time: You can expect your Stille Sorúsh order to arrive within 4 to 6 working days from the date of purchase.
2. Our 7-Day Cash Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our perfumes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Cash Back Guarantee. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for a full refund.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and in its original, sealed packaging.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or used.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team using the information below. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Address
Once your return is approved by our team, please securely package the item and send it to the following address:

(Note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.)
6. Refunds Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you
